Had to have a primary timing chain tensioner replaced. Dropped it off on Monday picked it up on Friday. Drove it from san ramon to Oakland through the twistys of crow canyon road, got to beat up on a 3rd gen camaro, went to dinner in it. All with zero issues! A lot! Having to drop the k to pull a header off and put it back to pull tranny and put it all back together! Pita but doable!

Figured we were still talking 4.6. In that case you don't have to pull k member, maybe have to pull 1 header

on a 4.6 all you have to do is loosen the passenger side header to remove the tranny you dont have to pull it out (thats what she said)

Only reason why I don't call is so I don't waste their time, I rather wait for a PM since my clutch isn't bad to where I can barely drive it just doesn't like to catch on fast shifts or WOT.

I've always had to pull the k and 1 header off.
