Ive seen the samething went to change some breaks for a (girl) and seen that. I told her she needs more then just break pads. She says what do you mean i have to buy something else i dont have the money I put her tire back on and she drove off with her man and 5 year old kid never seen the car again.

I call bs on this pic the wear on rotor goes all the way to center but pads are usually about 1/2 from center. This was done on a lathe

no i seen them just like that. the slider pins dont slide so it just wears the side its stuck on. ive seen drum brakes wear the drum all the way off before to!!!

That may be a real life pic but it wasn't driven that way. The rotor is worn all the way up to the hub. Except the pads don't touch that area. Definitely a machined rotor, but still a fun pic.
