Most likely, unless they can prove gross negligence, dude will probably get charged with manslaughter. Usually you don't get more than 6-8 years per count. With no priors, I'd be surprised if the guy spends more than a year behind bars.<br /><br />My wife had a friend who was convicted on manslaughter charges for killing 3 people (she was DUI with a prior DUI) and got 6 years per person killed served concurrently.
