Was driving home to Vallejo from Novato, was in highway 37. Was really juiced cause I was behind a new 5.0. Thing looked sexy and sounded boss. Well, it got ugly. The guy said I was tailgating so instead of just watching the road he's trying to write my plate number down when he decides to try and 'brake check' me. Well, I wasn't tailgating so I avoided his ploy with ease, however I had a bleh day at work and him being such a dick tryna check me, I threw a half eaten burrito at the 5.0 which I did feel bad for cause it was a nice car. So between him not catching me with the brake check and the burrito he decides to start running his mouth. We're doing 60-70mph on the freeway so no clue what he was saying but it was stupid. So I get off at Wilson avenue and instead of going towards Sac like he was he decides to get off and follow me while still talking shit. So I make a left onto wilson, hit the brakes cause of the cars ahead of me and this full hits the gas and rear ends me. What an idiot. So I kill the ignition and ask for his info when he holds my door shut and proceeds to punch me! I kept grabbing his wrists to control his flurry but at that point a car that HE was tailgating on 37 turned around and parked and got his attention long enough for me to get out of the car where he tries swinging on me again, but since I watch and play a lot of UFC I was able to duck under the punch, take his back and apply a rear-naked choke out of Self Defense. I released my grip and let him drop, he was out for a solid 10 seconds. Had about 4 witnesses ALL backing MY story to the Police do yeah. Just wish my chiropractor was open today cause my back hurts. Uggghh.
I don't get why you would wreck a $40k car into a $1500 Civic. Makes no sense. So I might end up owning a 2013 5.0 in the future. Lol. Here's some pics....

All real. I put it on my life. I already have existing back problems, so this just adds to it. He hit me doing like 25-30 since he accelerated as I braked.

I wasn't under any type of influence.
The witnesses and cops thought it was funny about the burrito. Cops felt it wasn't necessary, and I agree but whatever, asshole shouldn't have tried to brake check me for no reason.
And it wasn't technically littering because it's degradable, if not that then some lucky bird will feast. It was a veggie burrito. ><
I'm glad there were no real injuries, but that dude was stupid.

The cops did show up. They did their police stuff. I'm gonna get a copy of the report in a few days. I told them I wanted to press charges. But they let us both go. VPD sucks.

Haha. I have a 96 Civic with between 2-300k miles on the motor, I probably have maybe 100hp if I'm lucky. He had a new 5.0 pushing 400hp, maybe more. There was no way I could have ran away from him. In this day and age I've learned people don't play fair when it comes to fighting on the street. In my case I was on my way home and this guy for what ever reason was standing on the sidewalk on 23rd street throwing his hands up like, what's up. So I stop and walk up to dude about 30 feet away when he pulls a 45 and starts shooting. I turned around and ran and got hit in my left cheek by my ear. If I my head would have been a couple inches to the left I'd have died in 06. I thank God everytime that think of it. I'm just saying you don't know if they have a gun or not. Some people can't accept an ass whooping. Be careful I think many of us have kids and it would be messed up to die because of road rage.

You can't learn shit by watching...it's kind of dumb of you to even act like you know even Know a small percentage of what you're talking about...and that's what I find funny...actually hilarious...

The other thing to realize is when in serious danger people will protect them selvs first whatever t takes and worry about the consequence after the fact wich is somthing to b taken serious because the reality is majority of People make bad decisions so no matter how hard u are if the other guy pulls a gun ur done son.
My advice is roll with the punches and most people have a hard time doing so and usually can't hold back from retaliation because of their pride wich is why dude got out swingin because his pride was hurt when a burrito landed on his new 40,000$ 5.0
The situation could have been easily avoided

Some of you guys posted some real shit, thanks for the heads up on stuff. I'm aware it could have been avoided and if I could do it over again I wouldn't have thrown the burrito. But it is what it is and now it's done. It's a funny story we all got a laugh out of.

No I don't have pics of the burrito damage sorry. But it landed on the door handle so some beans and rice was stuck under the passenger side door handle and that area.

I wasn't tailgating him tho. Also I'm normally really humble and mature. I had just gotten off work too. Everyone eventually gets a little immature. I'm not perfect by far.
