I've had every cable service/dish out there. Just recently switched to AT&T U-Verse and must say that it's the best so far and shits on Comcast. I enjoy watching multiple channels at the same time...

Wait until they start screwing you over with all the 'fees'. My bill changed 3 times in 1 5 min convo with them.

Damn sorry to hear that bro.. I'm pretty sure I won't have that problem.. I have the ultimate package so there isn't anything left for them to add lol.. Plus I get a discount for being a cell phone customer.

Yeah it was fine for the first few months, then things went crazy. Very rude customer service too. Just avoid talking to them then you should be good.

AT&T UVERSE is awesome!!!! Had it for 3 years and it keeps getting better with the constant updates and upgrades. The recent update on the iPhone app allows me to use my iphone as a remote control for mt TV's. Always something new. As for Internet speeds, my 18M DSL is plenty fast for me. BillIng has been fine for me, although the first bill was a little funky due to prorated charges but it's been consistent for the last 3 years. [ June 17, 2012, 09:38 PM: Message edited by: CAStang ]

I've done the Uverse thing, they haven't upgraded speeds for several years. Uverse is stuck at 24/3 in my area where as Charter cable Internet is at 100/5 which is what I have switched to now. It actually costs about the same too.

For the 5 months I had them, I constantely lost service on my cable and constantly got disconnected from the Internet. On demand selection sucks and always had issues when trying to play my recordings. Only good thing I thought was their customer service.
Switched back to Comcast and haven't looked back. Comcast just sucks trying to speak to a representative.
