Wtf is there fuckn problem???!! I can sit on a corner in this shit hole town I'm in and every other fuckn car that drives by WILL have tinted fuckn windows yet the lowered mustang with fog lights standing out in the crowd gets yanked every fuckn time,yes its a cheap ticket and could be worse but then the cops gotta be on a power trip and be a FUCKN DICK and talk to me like I'm some 16yr old who has NO clue to how shit goes down,I ALWAYS respect the law when I talk to an officer.period.do I get the same respect? Hell no!! Its like tinted windows make u the cat that automatically shit in there cheerios,and the U-turn he made and how aggressive he was coming after me is really necessary right [Roll Eyes] were in a fuckn neighborhhod for cryin out loud bud!! I agree Elk Grove PD are all idiots with nothing better to do, gave me a wreckless driving ticket and towed my car for spinning out going maybe 15mph couldn't have been more than 20 for sure. Rain just stopped and I had bald tires I tried to explain that to him but since im young with a nice car he still gave me a ticket and took my car. FUCK THEM! Don't get me wrong cops in most cities are cool but FUCK Elk Grove PD.

Today it's a traffic assignment / window tint ticket and tomorrow that same officer could be responding to an active shooter incident selflessly putting his own life on the line while others are running... Or even worse, could be targeted for just wearing the uniform as in the video below...

Why make it personal [Confused] Funny thing is if I made the manuver he made in my NEIGHBORHOOD in my cobra the car would be getting impounded believe it,but I guess my windows were the highlight of his day and he felt I was breaking the law like a criminal cause he sure acted like as if I was a criminal [Roll Eyes] either way like smoked50 said this towns cops are way outta line when it comes to a modified vehicle,your an officer of the law and u write tint tickets ALL day,ya u serve your community so well!! Never dealt with egpd but sac pd didn't give two shits about having tinted windows.

Either way having any type of sports car/muscle car is a hassle in ca unless its a old school.

My good buddy Talon is a hard working,VERY respectable,never broke any laws kinda cat and WASS in a fuckn 67 mustang for cryin out loud when this happened! And on his bday! Like I said before and ill say it 100x fuck u EGPD,u have zero respect from the true car enthusiast because u can't seem to do your job outside of handing out pointless fix it tickets...reasons like this I will never get an officer involved in any situation I have,even if I had a knife pulled on me,u have showed me that u cannot be relied on but more of a pest than an act of community help!

Thats funny cop defending a cop, roseville pulled me over cuz no front plate n tried tellin me my hid headlights are illegal and that the lights for my back plate were out so I bought bulbs the next day went to put them in and they were still working, fuck cops everywhere!!!!!

Yup never have ANY issues with CHP or Sacramento PD,EVER! Its when u get into small/newer appointed towns that the cops have a stick up there ass,the captians of these police departments I'm sure push the issue on modified vehicles cause these fuckrs never skip a beat!

It pissed me off every time I see a cop driving with their cell phone on their ear. One time I was driving and I scratch my head then all of a sudden I got pulled over I though I run a red light or something but the cop told me he pulled me over for talking on my cell phone. I showed him that my daughter had my phone on the back seat playing and he felt stupid he said I'm just going to give you a warning this time.

I run a o/r h pipe, if i get pulled over and get a ticket for modified exhaust im not gonna bitch at them for doing their job and enforcing the law no matter how bullshit i think the law is. If you had legal window tint you wouldnt have got popped for illegal window tint. In your mind you did nothing wrong but you did,you drove a car with illegal tint. You gave him a reason to fuck with you. Im not trying to piss in your cereal or change your feelings just giving you a neautral point of view.

The point of the thread was to vent about how the cop was a fuckn prick and how cops in general in ELK GROVE have nothing better to do than to write off pointless tickets excessively hence the threads topic,not the ticket itself [Roll Eyes] I'm a grown man and have had my fair share of run ins with the cops and violations believe me,but for him to be a fuckn dick like I'm a criminal and to make obnoxious manuvers to get after me for 50% side window tint is complete bullshit! LOOK man I know there are dick cops, I've worked with plenty of assholes who I didn't want to hang out with, and I personally have gotten two CHP tickets since I've been working, one for exhaust and one for smoked headlights, THEY WERE BOTH ILLEGAL, I knew that I paid the fine and said F it and moved on! Traffic Cops write tickets that's life! Don't be mad cause everyone you see has tint or an offroad X pipe you know damn well it's illegal so either don't do it or get ready for the consequences.

Well it goes back to it though your illegal window tint led to your interaction with said officer.

And look man like I said I know there are dick cops I've been popped by CHP twice, Sac PD,Roseville PD, LAPD, SAPD and a Mississippi State Tropper some were cool some were dicks but oh well such is life if you have illegal items on your car it draws attention.

I believe as soon as we start driving any modify car/truck etc... We clearly know what we in for its like jumping in a ocean fool of sharks might get lucky and noy get bitten right away but you are evrntually speacially if you dd the car..so modify stereo exhaust lights windows etc... Get u extra attension I expect on geting pulled over any time now for my exhaust its all the pricr we play... Eg is a smaller city the lets say sf,sf,sac so maybe this is y they so strict...

as an ex-resident of Elk Grove, I can attest that EGPD are f&%king grouches! When my wife wanted to move back to Sacramento area this time around, I told her one simple rule: anywhere but Elk Grove! I will go far out of my way to avoid that sh*thole city

I swear some of these people needed to be spanked as kids or something. I don't get why people are mad about getting a ticket for something they know they did wrong.. Yea I get it they could be off doing something "more important" but strangly (ely?) every person has these shit encounters with cops giving them tickets for something that seems unimportant to them. Obviously there is no bias there. This is equal to a hissy fit when your mom found your porno mag or something your just mad you got caught. Hate to go out on a tangent but this shit is the same as the occupy wall street shit they are mad that their masters in basket weaving doesn't qualify them to be the CEO of a major corporation and want us the tax payer to pay their debt. Unfortunately I think this is the direction my generation is going in, always crying foul, we need to learn from the old timers man up to the consequences and or keep your nose to the grind stone, we have a lot of opportunities here I can't think of another country I'd want to live in.

And I'm not attacking only one person I get it when I get a ticket I get mad but move on. Also I drive through elk grove every day and have tinted windows .. Hopefully I don get popped today lol have a good day guys! Oh yea and I know not all cops are good, but mos won't fuck with you if you don't give em a reason.. Did I cover all my bases? haha

My uncle was an EGPD. I went on a few ride alongs with him when id go out there to visit. He was probably one of the coolest cops I knew. Hee wasnt a priock like some of the other cops Ive dealt with. I even went to him to sign off a ticket or two I got in Elk grove.

Some of the cops are really cool, the younger Cops are among the really cool. I dont know who you dealt with, But in my experience, The older cops are assholes. Theyre usually the ones on the power trip or something. It just depends on who you run into.
