You right about that. I see them though from time to time in the San Jo area sometimes, the all white ones. My homie actual has one for sale. It's a 2002 z28 prior chp. automatic, got salvage title though. He wants $3500.

The other reason you never see them, is the fact that they could not stay on the road as long as a CHP Mustang did.
