Hey CaFords I thought you guys would like the pics from this job, the owner reached out to me to get the car ready for Good Guys and Hot August Nights this summer. It is a very nice car and was pretty clean to begin with, just needed some swirls and hazing to be corrected on the paint. 1967 Mustang with a 351 windsor stroked out to a 390 cid linked up to a t56 6 speed tranny and a 9 inch rear end car was a monster. I had even better pics taken with my DSLR but my memory card decided to take a shit so sorry all i have are pics taken with my phone which still came out decent
When the client dropped the car off in the morning there was a heavy overcast sorry for the dim lighting

final pic in the sun, thanks for looking and again im still working alot of you people who have tried to schedule appointments off my list thank you for being patient

Lol i would imagine. I drove it lightly didnt really push it when i was behind the wheel. The drum brakes definately were fun though. [ May 02, 2012, 04:31 PM: Message edited by: slpvince ]

sounds like a cool car but the rim /tire combo just looks funny. Ive seen some of the 1st gen stangs with mag 500's and with the right size tire they can look pretty nice and still kill it, and to recite what everyone else said no traction for sure. car would probably be faster with a hot 302 LOL.
