Topic: What window tint do you guys drive around with?

I am going to get my windows tinted, I am not sure what the laws are on the front windows. But I can't imagine not doing the fronts too. Anyways, just curious if you guys make your fronts lighter or say screw it and just roll down the windows if the cops are nearby. Thanks for feedback in advance

For passanger and driver Windows, llegal limit should be 70% but cannot be applied. Has to come factory. Back Windows cab be painted black if you want.

I have 50% up front and 5% in back.. Will prob change to 20% in rear and leave the fronts...
Had dark tint in the front but it caused unwanted attention from police. Especially now that my car is already calling for a state ref I'd rather not make the situation worse... My $.02

Have 5% rears nd front went 35%... But lucky me I didn't see a cop parked nd rolled with my windows up at Richmond when it was gettin dark so got pulled over... Fix it ticket nd got it written of by my buddy but got to see how much the fine is... So yeah juss be careful.

On my truck I have 15% in the front and 5% in the back, my Mustang I have 5% all the way around.

Got 12% in the front and 5% in the back windows, and I've had 2 fix it tickets already for tints. First time was 25 bucks, and the second time was 50 bucks.

100% all around. IF I ever change it I will make it 5% all around if not the 20% in front. I think theres a member here with 5% all around including windshield

On my old Gt I had 2% all around, looked fucking sick!, but then got pulled over its 25 bucks to fix and 200 to pay it off, luckily my brother knows how to tint lol. On my cobra it has 10% in the back and about 35-50% in the front but I want no tint cause the car is a state ref screamer

30% all around, classy and not ghetto looking but that's on a Acura TL Type S. I've passed several CHP, local cops and luckily haven't been stopped. The tint I used is Formula 1 Pinnacle series.

I got 35% Reflective bronze on my stang. I like it because it's not too dark that it gets noticed, plus it flows with my car color.
I wanna get this done on my CSVT too. Right now the CSVT is just 35% rear normal tint. Fronts are 100% bling

5% all around. But beware at the stop lights, roll em down if you are planning on running 5% all around. And try to create as less attention to yourself as possible around city streets. Never really seen or heard stories of CHP giving fix it tickets.
But Have heard of,and had many city cops write me tickets for tint. Thats why you gotta have a buddy with the same color car and model as you. Swap plates. Cops hardly put VIN on fix it tickets.

The law is no tint on front side windows or windshield. Paint the rest black if you want.

My GT has 50% front and sides including windshield and back window is 5%.
My V has 35% sides and 20% back window = classy. Almost did 5% back window but took the installers advice, transition would be too noticeable.
Both cars black on black.
