so im sittin at work on my lunch sippin on some sunkist and im reading the san leandro times.

so i came across the head line

dui stunt injures passenger.

i read it and they say its was a 27 year old man swinging dounts in a white mustang at the san leandro marina with his friend hanging out of the window and the friend flies out of the car and his friend leaves the scene

lmfao really just leave your friend lying there way to go champ [patriot]

Found out yesterday that the guy who flew out the window died. He hit his head on the ground and was in life support until yesterday evening. He was a norteno from D st in Hayward.

Damn so because he was a norteno, its ok that he died? It's still a life regardless..yea people make mistakes but doesn't mean its ok to make those comments when someone dies..

I'm saying, don't go praising what he could have been. I'm saying, look at what he was. You could say anyone could turn out to be better. You have one life to live, and if you wanna run with a bad crowd, and do dumb shit, instead of actually doing something NOW for your community and neighbors, then sad to say oh well.

I was reading the story online...the driver got arrested later that day when he showed up at the hospital to check on his friend. He was being charged with a felony DUI causing bodily injury I believe, but I'm sure it's worse now that he died. Bail was set at $100k. Driver was Andre Morlino and passenger/"victim" was Michael Baptiste.

Wow .. the shit some of you say .. so quick to not give a.fuck about someone ... My lady went to school with this guy and a couple more people I know . WE all make some mistakes in life and we all have to pay for them . We all have different decisions in life and different paths and.how we are raised . Michael worked , payed taxes just like everyone , has a daughter and famliy . Some of us get away with some of the.dumbest decisions and mistakes in life . Im not saying what he did was ok .. it was dumb. Some of u act so heartless on this fucking website. IF your so heartless go say ur bullshit at the viewing tonight . Dont know dude but going tonight to pay my respect with some people I know that knew him today at 4pm .. R.I.P to that man
