I think this has been asked before, but I could not find the thread. I need a tuner in or near Stockton. Recommendations please. If you can provide the number that would be cool too.

I was under the impression they are very selective whom they work with and only do high powered applications. I could be wrong. But this is for my sons cobra, and it is far from some of the monsters some of you guys have.
