The termi swap is kinda played out... You might want to think about doing the coyote swap! Just my .02 cents ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

I'm over here having an anxiety attack over the amount of time and money it sounds like you are about to throw at a foxbody.
I was there once... learned a lot about auto mechanics (and even more about economics, lol) [ March 20, 2012, 01:10 PM: Message edited by: Luke87GT ]

If it was my project I'd make the whole exterior a 93 cobra clone, would flow better with cobra exterior/cobra engine ![[patriot]](graemlins/patriot.gif)

Played out?? How many hoods you popped with that swap, not many I bet. I strongly disapprove this message!

Ok think about this... If you were going to put that much money into a fox would it be for a termi swap with 390hp with full boost or 412na with plenty of room to grow! Not to mention they are making everything needed for the swap!

I have read that there are some issues that some guys are having as far as the coyote swap. Drivability being a major one.

I've also heard of at least two guys having driveability issues with their Coyote swaps that even the tuners can't seem figure out.
I've heard theories that it may be releated to O2 sensor positioning within long tube headers.
I'll admit I am not very familiar with the topic myself however.

the termi engine is time tested and proven.
ford is still working out all kinds of bugs with that "412hp cyote motor" lol
id give it another 5-10yrs before id consider the cyote swap beeing a reliable one [ March 21, 2012, 08:58 PM: Message edited by: sneakyfox90 ]
