I've never heard of that product.
Here's the basics, what I use.
Whey Protien
Amino Acid supplements
Fish Oil
And Muscle Milk
There is a new product that contains Nitric oxide that helps promote muscle similar to steroid affects but is perfectly legal. Your body actually produces this chemical in small amounts when you workout and it helps your muscles to have more a faster recovery time . I think is called Force Factor, you can get at GNC.

Pure whey protein is different than that of muscle milk, even though muscle milk contains whey Protien. It doesn't have the same volume of it and that's why I also use pure whey Protien. In pure form it tastes nasty as shit but you can mix it with just about anything.
And yes Protien is what helps you gain mass. If you like fish, it's a good source of Protien and so is chicken.

Casein protein is usually used at night when your asleep to prevent muscle breakdown. Whey isolate is used immediately after workout because it works best to rebuild the torn muscle tissue from a strenuous workout. And muscle milk is crap it has a bunch of dairy fat and sugar stay away I use isopure or gold standard which has very little fillers and zero to very little carbs or fat.

I use nitrix and bcaa's. Before I workout I use n.o. xplode and syntha6 protien shake with a tablespoon of creatine. At the gym a protien bar. After my workout I take ON %100 whey. And when I go to sleep I have a casien powder shake. And all of these I take with water.

When off creatine/beta alanine cycle, I cycle on Gaspari Size On (during workout). I have prescribed this to others and they have seen some good gains.
To your question, are you talking about Double Dragon (Sos 500)?
Whey = naturally occurring.
Casein = no no if you are lactose intolerant or on a strict amino acid consumption regimen.

Not sure if the last question was for me. But its called "IGF-1". It has deer antler velvet extract. I did some research and everything I came across was impressive. I special ordered it from Whole Foods Market.

wow that stuff is still around? I cannot see from the label, but is that made by a company called Chinese Anabolic Research? Or CAR? If so, I probably would not take that. If I remember correctly it was a knock off of some pro hormone, that was actually discontinued. Do some research or shoot me a pic of the ingredients. I can probably tell you more. My knee jerk reaction is to tell you to stay away from it. They may have re-did the formula. But back in the day, I was hearing some pretty bad side effects. What are your goals for taking a pro-hormone?

Pro-Hormones are great for this goal. Personally I would try another product. But on the flip side, me personally would not go with anything with the word "hormone" in it.

lol...actually Pro Hormones are referred to as "legal steroids" in some circles. Justin you are a big dude, I am gonna assume you went about it naturally first. You would be surprised how far you can push the body with some determination. I got up to 4 plates before uppin my supps.

Ive been going hard for about eight months (and i know i takes time for results) but im the type of person that needs to see results to keep it going...i have alot more muscle mass than the last time i seen you but im not where id like to be now...

I'd try something else before going the pro hormone route Justin. Or if you do go that route, do not use that brand. But my stack works well, I duck in and out of cutting phase and hypertrophy phase with it pretty well. I can drop down to cruiser for matches without losing much strength (even at my age).

I just shoot whole pens of growth and sustainin 250 into my biceps, the roid rage isn't too bad , and I don't mind having a jaw that makes me look like american dad, lol just kidding, I have some friends who fight professionally, and nothing beats 4-6 small healthy meals a day (it is expensive to eat properly if you eat out but you can get by cheaply with chicken and hardboiled eggs if your strapped for cash) along with a well balanced lifting routine and cardio, now if your trying to be a body builder muscle neck motherfucker than by all means take the above supplements, they certainly work, just don't complain when your 40 and your testosterone levels are like jose consecos, I hear the forearm cream really helps those who have damaged themselves from using Tes and other supps from about the age of 23to 35.

If you are shopping at max muscle I would go with the triple whey they have for your protein through out the day. Use the FBX as a pre work out, the PRO BCCA durring your workout, and ARM post workout. For supliments take 2TX in the morning and ZMA at night. You should see good results with that.
As stated above by others diet is most important for the best results. Eat right and at the right times.

For me I get my fill of proteins (1.5g per pound) pretty much daily. Plus Creatine is a amino acid as well.
Justin I would be curious to see your workout routine as well.
