Damn you get 3 DUIs, you get your license suspended for 10years. What you guys think about that? And that other law, regarding child's being in baby seats until the age of 8. I think they should reduce the years of suspension of an drivers license for 3 DUIs tho.

The 3 DUI thing sounds fair to be around 10 years.. maybe even more. But the whole kids seat till age 8 is stupid. Maybe 5, but I couldn't even fit in a childs seat at 8 years old lol.

3 DUIs and you shouldn't be allowed to drive for the rest of your life. I think it should be 2 DUIs though.
Also it should be mandatory that if you kill someone while driving under the influence you get murder charges brought against you with the possiblity of life in prison.

Don't even get me started if you drink and drive you are a donkey! I'm no saint and I drink but come on man with friends, relatives, and all the cab and driving services out there find a damn ride! And yeah the 8 year old in booster seats is weird.

It should be 2 DUI's and your license is revoked for life. If youre stupid enough to do it twice, you deserve it.

I have no Pitty for drunk drivers because I have a scar on my nose for the rest of my life cause some dumb ass wanted to get drunk and go to work driving a big ass box delivery truck...I think that law is kind of soft they should go to jail for ten years...

It's too soft imho.
Two DUIs and you get your lisc revoked permanently sounds more reasonable (+ some jail time to allow you to reflect on how stupid you are).

I get the DUI s should pull Ls for life but the child seat sucks my kid has to go back in the child seat!! Fuck he's under 4.9 but he's tall enough and big enough to no use a booster

This law isn't going to keep drunk drivers on the road. Most high profile drunk drivers on the news who kill someone or a family have suspended licenses already. My opinion is dui cases need more stiffer consequences, mandatory jail times/bigger fines/automatic vehicle seizure/monitored probation.
Since when has a suspended license kept someone from driving?

This story touches home for too many people that allow us know..... I actually know of people who's (DA) have managed to get away with 1 dui in 2010 and 3 more this past year 2011. Now that is just too damn soft if you ask most people. Its breaking nuts!!!! I don't even understand.

Drunk driving is by far the stupidest thing one can do behind the wheel. Well, that and street racing, swinging doughnuts, speeding (20 plus over), driving while on the cell... and my favorite, texting while driving which, I might add, has the exact same affect on drivers attention as being legally intoxicated. (Proven by numerous studies). All are, in my opinion, offences which should pe punished by heavy liscense suspensions, jail time and five didget fines for the first offense.
