I use to be stationed at Beale AFB, and don't really know much about Oroville (only been went out there once). Marysville/Yuba City has a little bit more going on out there but you'd probably be better off going to Roseville and so forth if you're looking for a bigger car scene. I can't really make any other recommendations but what is it that you're looking for?

That's the thing , I'm not sure. I more or less just wanted to see if there's any cool sites to see , things to do. Hiking , good fishing spots , stuff like that .

Just went riding at the coal fields out in yuba/ marysville. This past weekend. It's fun.my buddy has lived up there for 8? Years. Not to far from there up by dobins is a river spot we always go to next to lake franscis. Also lake Francis is a small lake but warm. Then there is the ponderosa bridge off in aburn it's about 40 feet over the water it has a beach spot on the river to hangout. That place can get packed.

I have family in Gridley..... Now that's a small town LOL. I deliver to the Oroville school district sometimes..... Looks to be a good size town IMO...... But you need to get your butt out to Chico and hit up the college area if your single.
