if you want to lose weight bro, just be in a calorie deficit. 500 cal a day in a week equals 3500=1lbs but not all of it will be fat.
don't get sucked in on all these special diets . just eat healthy balance you meals . chicken , veggies .etc.
eating soup for a month dosent sound healthy to me. you won't be getting all your nutrients. IMO bro

Soup for a diet is no Bueno. Losing weight that quick is not good for your body. Eat healthy let your body adjust and detox the right way.

How tall are you?.....weight?....age? May not have to go on that much of a calorie deficit. But the soup thing is ridiculous, you'll get those hunger pangs and get tired of eating just soup all day.

Just stop eating carbs, or limit yourself to 50g per day. I did this (but kept it below 20) for 3 months and lost 35lbs. Although I di cardio 30min a day aswell. Im getting back on it as of last week.

Soup Diet? What kind of unhealthy gimmick?
If I want to lose weight, it's simple...
5-6 small meals per day, 200-300 calories per meal, meals should be protein rich and lower in carbs, and top it off with about 45min of cardio/weights 5-6 times per week...
Never fails and I feel great doing it... not hungry, not deficient in vitamins/nutrients in any way.
There are many ways to lose weight and eating only soup 3 times a day will certainly do it. However, when I want to lose weight, I am not interested in feeling like death without any energy for life.

Yes absolutely do it. Makes zero sense, but you should definitely torture yourself for no reason.
