Ok. This girl is confused, but I don't think shes totally off. I could see if she said that she doesn't wanna be a part of the stereotype that a few stupid ppl give to the African American race. Cuz that's understandable. It sounds like the few stupid ppl have ruined the image of black people is so bad, that she has disowned that part of her. However I think she's fallen into the white races ignorance, and now she thinks its okay, because its more excepted in the south where she most likely lives. Tyra is tryna be oprah n she aint.

This chick is just as much black as she is white. So why can't she support her white side? How come she can't claim white? But if she claimed black its ok. She's not fucked up, society is. She should just be an American woman proud of her southern roots.

Plessy v. Ferguson 1896 is still very alive today. I agree society is fucked up and very ignorant. Like for example Tiger Woods is always seen as a black golfer when in reality he is more Asian than anything else. No matter how much he states he sees himself as Asian, society sees him as black.

Very true Homer Plessy was only 1/8 black and 7/8 white but was considered black.
But once again, that girl has some bad mental issues.
