Anyone know of SMOG stations have a "Don't pass Dont Pay" offer? Preferably in the Peninsula or Newark area.

I know there's tons of stations that offer a free retest, but my daily driver already failed twice. So I'm going to be trying a couple of fixes (trying to do this as cheap as possible) until I'm sure it passes.
