ive been wanting to do something useful and make some good money,being broke is no joke,i have a sister that is a police officer and shes been insisting that i go threw with it and sign up for the acadamy,so i made my mind up and will soon become a police odficer ,my sister has a few people she knows thay can pull some strings and get me in so ill be set ,sorry guys no more kids shit for me,nothing but patrol and serving/protecting our community ...ive always wanted to be a police officer, so now i just have to study hard, just felt like sharing
p.s.-no i wont sign tickets off

it will be worth it ,and ill be able to buy special guns too,yeee....ill be keeping the post whoring to a minimum ,so thanks guys for the support,ill be a cool cop dont trip,ill be commuting in my 02 maro for the next 6 months

Good luck! Remember, spirit of the law and letter of the law... don't be so wound up and lose a sense of who you were before you donned the uniform. Don't go making statements that make yourself seem holier than thou... a badge and gun don't make you, you're decisions and how you carry yourself while in uniform are what people see. It'll be hard getting special guns, since you would need a special letter of ok from the chief, at least in the city. Most of all fat discounts for leo ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif) My buddy is sfpd I'm jealous and makes bank on o.t.

Good luck bro and congrats!! It helps is you have some pull with someone in a department. It is tough out there to get a law enforcement job even with a post. I have couple friend with clean ass backgrounds, and POST certs and they cant find shit. Make sure you graduate at the top of your class, that will make it easier.
