You can look up online dealer fraud. Did they give you any documentation showing that it had an inspection done? Most dealers do a 160 pt. inspection. You can also try talking with the general manager.( not the sales manager) because they won't do shit for you. If that doesn't work, I would contact an attorney and get legal advice.<br /><br />We just got out of a Lexus is350 because we found out after we purchased it that it was in a front end collision. I'm sure its not a big lot because no big dealerships would have a Beetle. Chances are its a little shit lot that buys cars cheap from an auction, half ass any work and cover up problems just to sell it. My friend got lucky, he got a car and financed it through the dealership. It turned out to be a pile of shit but before he had a chance to complain they called him and said the financing fell though so he'd have to come up with more money for the down or return the car.
