it's not that bad, removing the stock one without breaking it into a million pieces takes some patience though.
aftermarket to aftermarket I can swap em in a couple minutes, just unhook the cable, pull the retainer pin, swap the quads, pin it, setup the cable.

i have a stock cable. this would help the issue of my car not going up in rpms as fast as normaly? feels sluggish. and also grinds 1-2 sometimes.

your problems sound completely unrelated to the clutch cable quadrant.

Sounds like a worn clutch and possible strecthed cable.
Put your foor under the clutch pedal lift up. If your stock quadrant adjuster is working then it will adjust it.
If your cable is worn it would not effect accell but would effect you shifting.

if it's taking forever to rev up it's completely unrelated to the clutch system, something is wrong with the engine, timing is way off, the spout is missing, engine has low compression/something is wrong with the motor.
grinding 1-2 could be a stretched cable or badly adjusted cable, but it could also just be a fucked up shift fork, powershifting a T5 will fuck up the shift forks pretty fast if you don't shift right.
