I know several Installers at both shops. 2000 Mustang is pretty straight forward, I have done like 20 of these cars myself. Any shop that has a problem with that car, is garbage. Good thing about Best Buy is they are not going anywhere, custom shops cgarge more, and seem to be going out of business left and right.
