My wife has a totalgym just collecting dust already. She now wants an elliptical. Are they worth the money?

I think the elliptical is worth the money but if it's gonna collect dust then it'd be better to get a gym membership where she can use a variety of cardio machines. I see some really cheap ones on craigslist if u don't mind buying a used one.

Yea, i figure something is better than nothing. I hope she sticks with this one as these machines are huge. She wants one of the fancy new models that has the ifit. Guess I'll just bite my tongue and buy it. I dont have much of an arugment anyway since I'm blowing money on my engine build.
