This is my first wheel to wheel race at Infineon. The video is taken from my friend Bill's car. It's a lightly modded 2004 Z06. My tires and brakes fell off pretty bad half way through the race but I managed to hold on for the win. Enjoy.

I'm in the white mustang!
I pull away from in the turns, he pulls me a little in the straights.
I believe there was 45 cars on course. They started us in the back so we had to work our way through all the other classes, to make it exciting. [ November 08, 2010, 09:25 PM: Message edited by: SF Coupe ]

That's awesome!
You still just H/C/I? I remember back when you bought this car.
There look to be some pretty aggressive drivers there which would make me a bit nervous using my own car, lol.
Keep us updated on the progress!

Thanks for all the compliments guys. The car is a pretty simple setup. Basically the entire MM catalog minus the rear adjustable sway bar, cobra brakes, Hoosier A6 tires 275/40/17 all around. The car is fully gutted with a full cage and has all the required safety equipment. It weighs about 2920lbs post race with me in it and has 321rwhp.
It is a lot of fun and very intense. The step up from time trialing to wheel to wheel racing was huge. I was exhausted and covered in sweat when I finished.

Looks like a lot of fun! Is it common to have that much slower traffic? At times it just looked like a cluster fuck.
