How is everyone doing? I am a Recruiter working for a Staffing Company on the IT side of the house here in the Bay Area. I have the following positions currently open with my clients. If anyone has experience in these areas, and is interested, please let me know.
1. Helpdesk Support Specialist - Pleasanton
2. Desktop Support Specialist - South S.F.
3. Sharepoint Expert - South S.F.
4. Juniper Network Engineer - Pleasanton
5. Desktop Support Specialist - Oakland
6. .NET Developer - San Francisco
7. IT Project Manager - Santa Clara
I work on filling IT positions everyday for clients like Walmart, PG&E, Safeway, Electronic Arts, etc. If you are thinking about going to school or going back to school, I highly recommend getting an A.A., B.S., or M.S. in Computer Science, Information Management, or Engineering related field. IT positions pay extremely well and are in high demand.

I wouldnt recruit anybody from here, they are either on drugs or have criminal records. Habitually late for work, illegal aliens, one was just fired for subpar performance, and they spend their entire day on cafords.com. Unless you can block .com then these guys are all muff cabbage!

Damn ya'll dont kill the lil homies motivation...lol. Yea and A+ is a good start, but yea snatch up your MCSD if you can. But those suck because you have to renew them. I got my MCSD years ago when .NET first came out. Pretty sure mine is no good now.

Those don't mean anything to most corporations. We interviewed a few assistants and ended up hiring someone who had NO certs but knew 5x more then someone who had a MCSE/CCNA/CCNP/A+.
To get some of those certs you can just read a damm book, i rather find someone who has actual hands n experience.
