the outer skin of the hood was takin off... i have seen some people do that so they can make there own cowl induction hood hahaha but have never seen one turn out lookin good. i may be wrong but i have seen it before

Looking at the pic, the hood has some front damage so they must have rearended someone and it tore the top layer of fiberglass off the hood and just haven't fixed it yet cause they can't afford it or they just don't give a shit.
