100% Bone Stock 03-04 Cobra:
1.) What do they dyno on a dynojet?
2.) What do they typically mph at the track (what does Car N Driver or Road N Track show)?
Anyone know?

I know that they were underrated..so maybe they were pushing out 415? Idk just a guess
But for 1/4 mile it's about 12.8 to 13 with a good driver and trapping at about 110-112

350-390 and 110 is exactly what I'd expect bone stock.

360-365 RWHP is what we generally see from totally stock 03/04 Cobras.
I remember making a 112 MPH pass in one at Sac Raceway back in the day. The car was on stock Eagle F1's and all. I can't remember what the ET was, but I know it wasn't good...lol

OP, take your Cobra to AED... they can fix your "bone stock" problem! [ September 01, 2010, 12:30 PM: Message edited by: 68gtscode ]

I see, and am not sure how I missed your sig! Anyhow, I haven't driven my 03 Cobra too much, even less when it was stock... Although I prefer the overall feel to that of my previous 98, it didn't impress me that much stock in terms of accelleration. My 98 had a Procharger and made an honest 400 rwhp... I think it was probably faster, but didn't have as much low end torque. Once the guys at AED installed my Whipple, it definitely woke up. On the pump gas tune (550 rwhp) it was a lot faster, although I still feel it might benefit from gears. On the race tune (620 rwhp) it is fast enough to keep me from wanting to run out and spend more money on it.
I feel a properly set up 96 Cobra with a centrifugal at around 10-12 pounds with steep gears would probably beat a stock 03. Just my initial thoughts...

That's my point, there are plenty of 96-98 Cobras with stock longblocks and boltons trapping 110+mph

When I had my 03, I went a best of 12.9 @110 and 12.9 @112 i believe. All with really shitty 60fts, on street tires.
I also had it dyno'd with about 5k miles on it, and it was at 375hp/370 tq. this was at the old apex shop. [ September 02, 2010, 05:06 PM: Message edited by: Chris C. ]

I'm wondering the same thing. I can't imagine it's more than a 100-150lbs.
96-98 Cobras are cows in stock form too.
EDIT: Wikipedia shows the following:
96-98 Cobra Coupe: 3375 lbs 03-04 Cobra Coupe: 3665 lbs
A bolt-on 96-98 Cobra putting down 310rwhp comes out to 10.9lbs/hp
A bone stock Cobra putting down 360rwhp comes out to 10.18lbs/hp
