I have tried contacting you for the past several months regarding payment you owe me for some parts. I was kind enough to front you the parts, now it is time to make it right.

Didn't want to bring it here, but when you hang up on me or don't answer my calls when we had a deal what should I think. I asked you several times if there was any problems with the parts you received you stated everything was fine ...... what gives ?????

I told you I am out of town for a bit (work related). And trying to get my bro to take of my biz for me, doesnt seem like it will happen. I will take care of you when I get back in town. Just a bit harder to get over to you with the move and new office location. Believe me I wouldnt stiff no one over such a menial amount of money. Also I dont have the dash in my possession. So for the folks dont know the whole story wont get all in a bunch about it.

Matter of fact Tim if you have paypal, I can do it that way and grab the dash when I am in town again.

Nates been cool with me. Actually fronted me parts and took paypal payment at a later date.

He also purchased parts from me with no haggling and drove pretty far out of his way for them.

Another time I sent him some speaker grills and one showed up cracked. He could have made a fuss about it but didn't. I offered to pay for them but he said no.

I'm just posting my experiance with Nate. Not trying to take anyones side of this particular story. From the few time I've met him he seems to be a man of his word.

Not that I have to explain, but I just opened a new office location for my company and bought another house, so it is not easy to get over to that part of stockton right now. Plus my cousin no longer lives around the corner from Tim. So it is just a culmination of mitigating circumstances. Not to menttion my brother is a ass. I have done several deals here without a hitch. And this one is not intentional.

Not sure whats up with the 94gt dude.

Tim is a very cool cat and is very justified bringing it here. So no love lost there. Its just a mixture of bad timing, distance and too many things going on right now. I take 100% responsibility for this. Not sure why I didnt think of paypal before now. But we will get it right. Still not sure what is up with the 94gt cat, didnt know I "HAD" to sell him my car exclusively.

I NEVER had a problem with you, I just could not for the life of me figure out what was going on
after our previous dealings and contact and then couldn't get ahold of you for months.
I though you were a cool and stand up kinda guy and now that I know the situation and have contact with you I still feel that way.
I have always tried to work something out for those that needed help due to a situation, I just need to know what's going on.

Miscommunication and misunderstandings happen, its how these are handled in the end that matters.

I obviously don't know who you are so I have no reason to be anything but civil to you.
My problem is with Nate,he purchased the parts from me, picked them up, and failed to completely pay what was owed. This goes all the way back about 5 months ago. There has/was no threats ever made. If you are his brother and wish to take care of this I would appreciate it. I don't understand why he can not contact me, he has my home#, cell#, PayPal info, E-mail, and knows where I live.

I will attempt to contact you on his cell #
as well as PM you my info.

Believe me, the folks here have no effect on the debt being paid. It was paid because it was owed and it was the right thing to do. I nor my brother intended it to get this bad. And as I said it was more my fault than his. And judging by the so few bandwagon riders to pop in I would assume that most people know that my brother is good dude. And yes that was my brothers wifes account. And what does that matter? In any event, thanks to the folks who read this and kept going and to those that vouched for my bro. I have been with my brother on several of his parts run and been around when he fronted parts to people that had cars stolen, wanted to pay later and just gave the parts away because he is cool like that. So out of 100 or more transactions one went bad. Not a bad ratio.

So Tim my brother said he will talk with you when he gets back in town.

lol...your reply is in the middle of the quote, I had to pick it out. Actually you guys are reading into it wrong. I have been let it go. This fella is the one trying to throw shade on me. Your reply should be directed at him not me. And as for my brother, sh*t I am actually helping him avoid getting beat up. I have already talked my brother out of it several times. And I assured him Dave is not worth it. But he and Dave had a back and forth on some post and I just was letting Dave know to let that one go. I called him and he said you were now not paying for the tow work and wanted him to assume liability to tow two more vehicles. Plain and simple. I went fishing for you to say he was good, absolved from all liability, then pounced asking why you were not paying for tow work.

I feel like Lee should have told me to stop, some of the facts he gave me are twisted, or came in and apologized for what was stated by himself.

I assumed, and was told/assured, Lee and FH are friends and that he did nothing more than suggest FH to work on your car. Had you been in Lee's shoes and towed a car for another member, only to have that member fuck out of the money you earned because he was wronged by someone else, I'd be stating you should have been paid and would have tried to expose him for fucking you for others to see and decide on whether to do business with etc.

I like you Eastbay so I am gonna offer up a explanation to you.

From the gate, Lee said Dave was his employee, he literally used the words "I am his boss, he works for me". I was not entirely comfortable with my car going somewhere and to someone had never met prior to this. So Lee said "he is my employee" he went on to say that any work performed will be inspected by him and that if something gets to out of control or messed up then he will get in there and fix it. He also went on to tell me how Dave's house was temporary until they get their garage together which they had a spot already and stuff along those lines.

Now in the real world if you own a business and your employee screws something up. You dont go after the employee you go after the business or the boss. Which is my contention. But....I was willing to let that slide until lies were being told behind my back. Case in point see my above posting of the PM string. And there is more like that. So at that point I am like fuck it. He dont wanna holla at me personally, he can take a "L" like I am taking a "L". I am out about 1500.00 fucking "his employee". He is out 100.00. And you guys treating me like the villian? Fuck that.

There is no moral court in business. Stop playing the martyr, pay the man for his work. Take up your beef with Dave. Realize that instead of going to a reputable shot and not being cheap, you chose the cheap route and got burned. It happens and is one of the dangers of going cheap. You got what you paid for(or in this case, didn't pay for).

Did Lee provide you a tow that you agreed to pay for? Yes.

There is no moral court in business. Stop playing the martyr, pay the man for his work. Take up your beef with Dave. Realize that instead of going to a reputable shot and not being cheap, you chose the cheap route and got burned. It happens and is one of the dangers of going cheap. You got what you paid for(or in this case, didn't pay for).

It doesn matter what he said or she said, it comes down to a black and white answer:

Did Lee provide you a tow that you agreed to pay for? Yes.

Did Lee get his money for completing the tow that you said you would pay for? No.

To be honest even in light of this I do consider Lee a good person. Which is why prior to some of the behind the scenes shenanigans I was prone to just let it die, not cast shade on Lee and otherwise do the opposite of how I felt. But him going from person to person telling half truths behind my back is juvenile and wrong. And it made me realize that I should NOT lay down. And he does not deserve the courtesy I extended. Therefore I am pretty much standing up for my stance on this at this point.

Another thing I believe, is the Dave put Lee in a precarious situation. As unfortunate as it sounds to lose out on 100 bucks. I lost out on 1500.

I am sure he is. Why he chose the route he chose I have no clue. I did not speak to him in any sort of manner that would suggest there would be friction. In fact I kept everything above ground like when I dealt with you. No difference. Yet he tells one person, I never talked to him. Tells another he never recommended Dave. I just do not get it. All the while never gettin at me.
