I saw a bike that is for sale today at a customers shop, its a (i was told) 1984-85 Kawasaki Ninja. it has 10k on it,hasnt been registered since 2005 ,not been down. He's asking $1,200 for. its has a super-trap dual exhaust and some after market brakes with stock carbs. he lost the keys and said it will need new a set. my questions are
1) is it worth it (this is my second bike) 2) are parts hard to find for it? 3)$1,200 too much?
thanks in advance.

cool little bike. I think $1200 is a little much for an 1985 bike. You can usually pick up stunt bikes for around $1,800. I think $900 would be a good price for that kawi. Good luck man

I wouldnt pay more than $500 for the thing...back fees, no keys, probably needs some new parts, probably needs tuning = waste of money! If you're looking to spend around $1500, get a 90's Honda F2/F3...sportier than that thing and it'll have keys to start it up and test it out

$400 and still don't think is worth it. Even for my 99 GSXR 750 is kinda hard to find parts. Forget it and move on.

that is def not worth it. save your money or find a diff bike. any bike older then like 97 is pretty much junk imo. since its your 2nd bike and your prob not up to par on bikes.... do some research and well your doing that save money. never buy a bike cause its cheap. you need to know how it runs and rides and most of all how you feel on it. that is a major thing. good luck and i would stay away from that bike. oh another thing is dont be to shy on slavage bikes its not like a car. bikes get salvage over nothing

Please dont do it.
1) The bike is fugly, and way over priced.
2) I know you seen Top Gun a few times but It aint cool anymore and wont really be as fast as a jet plane.
