about to buy one. its a rs 5spd with a 305 motor. drop top. anything i should know about these things before I get into it? anyone had one? i havent ever driven one and havent been in one since 1993

RS 5.0 is Throttle body injection... right? The Z28's and IROC's had TPI. I think the TBI 305's had under 200hp...

my ex use to have two, and there heavy and slow, there cool cars but there just two small inside. and i freaking hated the gas gauge always moving up and down while driving.

Those Irocs are badass especially if you want to bring back the mullet haircut. Your seriously not getting rid of the RS just to see how much of a goof you can look like in an IROC are you?

I have an 86 Iroc Z28 with 50k original miles haven't driven it yet, but when it did drive and when my father had it he LOVED it! Never had any problems just parked the car for 10 years and started it the other day with ether and so we think it just needs a fuel pump, filter and MAF sensor. It has gears in the back can't wait to get it running hopefully this weekend

Getit, my boy has a 91 z28 t top. I think they look clean but they're slow like stated. Make sure it's a tpi though.

I've always liked IROCs. Car looks good the way it is. Keep the roll bar and those wheels seem to fit the car well. Maybe lower it...

Helll yeah bro, fuck what other people are talking about, these guys know nothing else than mustang,lol these are really nice to cruise.. If you could get an iroc 350tpi but that one is solid, just ditch the flowmaster stickers!

looks like 170hp for the TBI 305's... TPI cars were over 200hp.
