Snapped a few pics of some serious GM sedan muscle today. Iceman302's GXP, & Red@7KVert's CTS-V... Both are bad@$$ rides...
To the photo experts, I know that I need to clean my sensor or lense, because there are specs in the background or what not... I tried to clean it myself, but it needs a professional cleaning or something? Not much editing done to these either, because I don't have any programs, anybody want to help me out with a photshop download?

Damn, Dustin! They turned out sick! It's going to be a tough choice for a new profile pick on the G8 board. I'm leaning towards one of the shots with the "end" sign in the background. It seems fitting. Thanks again!

Have you tried something like this with the mirror up and the lens opening facing downward?

Try to hit it with a rocket blower and if it still persist I would suggest sending it in for cleaning. You could try to clean it yourself but it's not recommended. Dust particles does gather up in the glass but usually it's the dust in the sensor that shows up in pictures. Both are inevitable. I think it cost 100 bucks at Nikon and they go through the camera and warranty it for another year.

Not true. The pics did turn out sick though. I'm going to save them all to my Photobucket account tonight and post them on the G8 board.
