Has anybody on this site used any places here in the bay area for cracked wheel repair.????..just curious whether a 2-3 inch hairline crack is worth repairing or replacing...any info would be great...thanks guys

I used a place in Union City, i believe it's called America wheels or something like that, they fixed a curved rim on my old bimmer, ended up costing about the same as buying another wheel...

I have used riteway. They repaired one rashed rim and one bent one. They aren't cheap but do good work. They do a lot of high end cars like Ferrari and porsches.

I've used Riteway a few times. They do great work and a lot cheaper then other shops. I don't think they do cracks anymore because they don't weld. They told me it was a liability issue. They only fix bends, refinish, & polish. The guy at Riteway knows a place in Hayward that will do it and I think there's a place in SJ called Wheel Techniques.
