I know there are a couple of people on this board work for Comcast. I got my last bill and they raised the rates on me again. The supervisor that took care of me last time has his calls go to voicemail and never returns a phone call. Comcast was very difficult to deal with on the install as I had to do most of ot myself and now they are trying to jack up the rates too. Who here can help ?

Good luck getting any help. They raised their rates because people keep dumping their asses for raising their rates..... kind of like a vicious cycle. I went with Direct and have been happy.

You should negotiate with them. I had my girlfriend bri do it for me. From $134 to $99. That's with the starter digital package and 16M w/boost Internet. Or just quit it and have your girl get one of the packages with a yearly promotion rate.

unless you get somebody good on the phone ur prob going to have to cancel and wait 30 days and re install so i really wouldnt blame you for goin to dish or somthing. not trying to knock comcast but hey if its too much then its too much maybe call them and let them know that youve already set up an appointment with other services and youd like to cancel unless they can get you on a promo package worth a shot bro

I would call and tell them lower my rates or I'm canceling! My mom used to do that every year and they always lowered it because they wanted her business

I pay 115 for internet (biz class), phone and TV, with 2 dvr boxes. I been doing this for years until I got this deal which is pretty sweet.
