We have am 08 Toyota Corolla with about 13k miles. It's been back to Toyota 5 times for the same problem. It has random starting problems. It will just crank and not fire up.
I had enough with it and filed for arbitration. I just got the car back 3 weeks and ago and it happened again. They said someone will give me a call to discuss the case.
Has anyone gone through a similar situation have any advise? Should I just get a lawyer? I am pushing for a new/equivalent car. [ May 04, 2010, 06:37 PM: Message edited by: essasin ]

That is correct if a vehicle goes back for the same problem then it will qualify for the lemon Law, that is if its a NEW CAR! ONLY new cars qualify for lemon Law, a 2008 toyota doesn't qualify for the lemon law.
This is my understanding of the law and i'm 99% sure that i'm correct!
