Tasers were introduce as a way of a less then leathal way of getting control of a suspect when there life was in danger ,now cops use it for just about everything cuz alot of them are to lazy to run or wrestle a suspect to detain them or cause the suspect is being disorderly, that's just being spiteful and lazy and emotional IMO on the officers part

I say Tase his ass. No one knows what the kid is capable of or if he has weapons on him. I say is a good deterrent for anyone else trying to get stupid.
