last weekend i went down to long beach for the grand prix race with my brother and a couple of friends. i just wanted to share some pics that we took. this was my first time at a real race event and it was a blast. those indy cars are no joke. they sound amazing in person. they also had the le mans race and drifting exhibition. overall, it was a great event that every car nut should attend once.

I miss the champcar days ![[Frown]](frown.gif) IRL sucks
I used to work at Cosworth in torrance... That Cosworth XD 2.65 litre turbo v8 brings back good memories. Thanks for posting the good pics! I went to the LBGP for the last 24 years. The ALMS race still make it worth while to go.
That aston martin 007(a.fernandez) prototype car sounded bad ass! great race

you're right. the V12 aston martin had the best sounding exhaust. it stood out from the rest of the pack.
