Hey guys, will long tube headers pass the emissions test as long as I'm running cats? I'm passed due on my smog and thankfully I haven't been pulled over yet for pass due registration. If anyone knows of a fairly lenient smog shop that might overlook visuals, could you please PM me.
Thanks,

I guess my only option is to drive around and find a place in a not so nice neighborhood and go from there. I think it's bs that a car can pass the actual emissions test, but yet fail visual. I don't get how something can be visually illegal. Just doesn't seem right.
