sucks for the people that commute this every day now its going to be 5$ and carpool 2.50 ....dont know if its going to go through. just a heads up

I heard this summer something called "Hyper-Inflation" will be setting in. Prices will spike on just about everything.

250,000 people cross one way a day @ 5 bucks a pop is a cool 1,000,000 a day. Assume total payroll for labor is roughly 20,000,000. Another 20,000,000 in service contracts to mantain the bridge. Taht leaves 325,000,000 to fund all the public transportation, IE BART MUNI SAMTRANS. What we are actually payig for is public transportation. Remeber this is just the bay bridge we can get into teh golden gate balance sheet also.

I think this is too much. car pool should be free, maybe raise it by one more person to qualify. Also, I ride a motorcycle and those should be free. it makes no sense for a motorcycle to stop and take up more traffic and it is time consuming and dangerous.

Yeah heard the same thing. It's all that wonderful government hand out money. Can't spend more then you take in or you go broke. If your the Government you just raise prices.
