Well its been slow for a while now and it was fine yesturday but today when I went to use it some shut was telling me I have viruses and crap like that. It said I need to get rid of them fast or my computer can mess up and all. But I can't do anything. Can't go online and the program that's trying to help me says I gotta pay and subscribe but that bullshit. I aint paying that thing. I'm using my blackberry to go online so bare with me. Lol. Wat should I do first ?

what is the name of the program it is telling to buy or use to get rid of the virus?
Also do you have sensitive files you need saving on the hard drive? The reason I ask is I just dealt with a similar situation for a friend except is hijacked his browser and everything. It was such a mess we had to format.

It sounds like you have a virus pretending to be a virus protection trying to scam you out of money. They make people so desperate to fix their computer you pay the money and when you do the computer is still screwed up. Do you have any virus protection on your computer now? It might help to know what area of Cali you live in too if you want help. [ December 27, 2009, 09:04 PM: Message edited by: asskickn88 ]

Get you a thumb drive and DL spybot S&D and CC Cleaner. Install then on your pc. Run Spybot and that should help get rid of all your malware then run CC Cleaner registry cleaner and clean your registry. I also would recommend NOD32 those 3 programs should have you up and running again.

I ask what program it is telling you to buy because that can give info to what virus you may have. also download adaware and superantispyware remover. You can get all of them from www.filehippo.com
Also if you are still having problems after this. Download and run a program called "Hi-Jack This" it will give you a logfile you can post here and we can take a look at what is going on as well.
PS you may have to boot into safemode to do some of these things. After all this buy a good A/V software

I cleaned a computer for a friend of mine that had the same problem. I don't know if its the same in your case, but he had a virus that caused the same symptoms that your computer has. Together me and his son went online, found the program you have to "pay", downloaded it, and found a crack Yo get it working.
So we cleaned the computer with "their" program for free.

Try hitting control+alt+delete, go into processes and see if you can find the name of that spyware listed in there, if you see it then click on the name and then click "end process". See if that will let you get on line. Just google "AVG free", install it and run that along with some of the others listed here and you should get rid of all the crap. Oh yeah, quit surfing porn sites without an good antivirus! ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)
