The other day I picked up a felony evading charge my bail was 80,000 it was on a motorcycle an a fifteen min persuit any one ever dealt wit this an know wat I should expect

15 min? WTF. Can't say you didn't notice them. Have any other convictions for anything? Get a lawyer and try to get community services or have it even brought down to reckless driving or something. If you just ran because you wanted out of a ticket they wont put you away for 3 years. If you ran because you had a warrant, drugs, dui etc. get the KY out buddy

if its a first offense then it will be dropped to misderminor, and will get anywhere from 60-120 days that i did on the weekends ![[Wink]](wink.gif) ...
but getting a lawyer you may serve no time but that will be atleast 3500

I have a buddy who was on a chase and kept escaping the cops for over an hour in the southbay. But eventually he turned himself in because he was running out of gas and was cornered because of construction.
He did not have a prior record and was 21 at the time. He did not go to jail but he was placed in a facility for 3 months where he could go to school/work but would have to immediately go back.

Damn! 3 years for that. i went on a highspeed chase once, but i got away! i guess i was lucky, lol
i remember i got caught as a passenger in a highspeed chase, but i didnt get convicted!

No matter the situation, get a lawyer. They will reduce the charges no matter what. You will most likely get it down to a misdemeanor and serve no time if you are lucky. Lawyers are definitely worth the cash. You definitely don't want a felony on your record.

I got a wreckless drivin ticket and I got a lawyer n what not. But anyways I was asking him some question bout other stuff and he said you only get 1 point for evading cops. And u get 2 for wreckless drivin!! Wtf?
