I agree somewhat.. there's many artists still putting out quality music in the Bay. Yukmouth, Clyde Carson, Quinn, Ya Boy, Locksmith, Zion I, FAB, Jacka, Balance, and the list goes on.. from back packers, bar spitters to mainstream sounding artists.
IMO, So Cal has a whole set of new artists coming up that are just as good as what the Bay has to offer right now. Fact is, quality music will always be there.. you just have to look!

That line alone has more creativity than most of Bay artist's whole songs.. unfortunately.
