Sucks for a team that has invested so much in a guy. He just doesn't seem to want to get better.
He should start by taking out his $30,000 earings out his F'n ear so he can hear what plays to call.
Why the fuk would you wear diamond earings on a football field???
Raiders should trade him to some desperate team while they can, and get some value in the draft.

I was really optimistic when we drafted him but that ended really quickly. It's the same story for the past decade. Al Davis will do what he wants.
Makes we wonder though. You think if the NFL regulated the guaranteed money contracts, these first round draft pics would do better? It would have certainly impacted Crabtree with the Niners and possibly Alex Smith. Maybe McFumble would learn how to handle the ball and Jbust would learn some work ethic and play with some fire. DHB would be on the fast track to improve his handles.

I knew Jamarcus Russell would be a bust the day he was drafted. I swear his fat ass must be snacking on some Everett and Jones at halftime. That guy has got to be around 300lbs! I think the raiders are a QB away from getting in the Playoffs.

yup its funny how it takes mark sanchez,flacco,ryan,so quick to learn and win and this bastard is slow and retarted.Everyone said how far the raiders go depends on russell a qb is the heart and soul of a franchise well its rebuild again at qb.But al davis won't swallow his pride and will play him through his contract and it will frightening to watch this guy make us lose year after year.I love the raiders die hard fan here but al davis needs to go asap please goodell step in and take this team off his hands.

Raiders problem is just like the Redskins.
They spend the money, good fan base (I hate to admit that ![[Razz]](tongue.gif) ) but ownership can't "give in" to letting a "real" coach-coach!
I like to see no names or underdogs do well, but Cable just doesn't seem to have the intellectual part of a good coach. He's just a puppet.

evry bay area team sucksssssssssssssssssssssssss i thought cal was the exception before that 42-3 loss.The sharks will be good in the regular season and choke in the playoffs like always.Fuk it sucks being a bay area fan. ![[Mad]](mad.gif)

yup very true raiders need a real coach a big name to turn this team around but davis hires nobodys who he can tell them what to do.And when we had a real coach in gruden davis fired him.These coaches don't discipline the players thats why they do what they want and don't take losing serious.Like i said we will never be good until A)davis sells the team or passes or B)He swallows his pride and hires a gm and coach who runs the team how they want to.But we all know the only real option is davis passing away.Its sucks but tru.But no matter what i will stick by my team raider 4 life.
