He saw you. If you start talking about there is no way the cop could have seen you to the judge, the judge will make up his mind before you finish your sentence. Get to the no turn on red. Are there signs up in easy to read locations? If not, take some pictures at the same time of day as your ticket. Is there anything that could have been in the way of a no turn on red sign? How big are the signs? How high or low are they? If you make a big stink about the turn violation, and tell the judge you were in the wrong for the tint, he'll take that into consideration.
