If he really wanted to get away with it why have those faggy ass stickers all over his car. If he had a plain white Subaru they wouldn't be able to pin anything on him.

I fail to see the logic here - dude's still got a license plate.
Funny as hell though, I love when people get crazy ideas like this!

The pictures I've seen they only have a pic of the front of the car and he doesn't have a front plate. Don't get me wrong, I think its a good idea but he needs to take those lame ass stickers off so they can't identify the car 100%.

It doesnt matter they have to site the person driving the car not the person that the car is registered to thats why he doesnt care about them knowing its his car... His point is they have to prove it is him driving it.

Unlike a parking ticket, moving violations can NOT be arbitrarily assigned to the car owner. The photo must have a clear view of the driver in order for it to be an enforceable citation.
It's obvious speed/red light cameras have nothing to do with public safety, it's all about making money. Personally, I think there should be a law against municipalities having citation income as part of their budget. This is inherently a conflict of interest considering the police & judges rely on this revenue to keep their jobs.

No I understand what you guys meant - my question was that of course the car was his, based on license plate/registration, if nothing else. For his sake, I would recommend taking off the stickers because it makes his car look like shit, donkey mask or not.

I have to take asskicking's side on this. Even though that person doesn't own the car doesn't mean they can't track it back to the original owner and find out who was driving it at that time. taking off the stickers would help out both the owner of the car, and the driver... if that was the case

well the courts would be shit out of luck if they tried to find out who was driving at the time. if you were in court for a ticket your only job would be to make it as clear as possible it was not you and thats it, the rest does not have shit to do with you.

No, you're missing the point. It doesn't matter who the car is registered to, it only matters who is driving it while in violation of the law, hence the masks. They know it's his car by catching the plates; by wearing the masks, his defense is that nobody can prove he is culpable.
