I think that's the same car from CarCraft magazine. I remember the stupid sticker. The story is that it's a participant in a wheelstand contest, it was a windy day. He tried to wait til the wind subsided, it did, but as soon as he went past the grandstand wind picks up again, as he had both front wheels WAAAAAY up in the air.
