I know 49 state motorcycles are a little on the faster side. My cousin has a 2004 lightning from texas and just seems to run a little faster than your average lightning. But most vehicles are made 50 state compliant anyways, so I doubt that it would make much of a difference if the smog equipment differed by a little bit.
