DirectTV has the whole set your DVR from your phone thing that I thought was tight. If you have big trees in your immediate view you may wanna not consider DirectTV. I have a 40ft maple and mulberry in my backyard that made directTV a no go for me. Also some people who are on directTV had viewing issues during the eletrical storm the other day and on most stormy days. You may want to look at ATT U-verse as well. Thats what I want at home but they do not have it in my area. But for internet you cant beat Comcast. Phone service I have honestly not noticed anything great about it. They do give you another modem for it. So if having 2 modems and a box bothers you..<br /><br />Comcast has a lot of sport options....I havent chose any of them so I am sure what they are about. The interference storm things is hype. When I moved from Fremont to Hayward, my bill remained the same but I lost like 20% of the channels I had. Problem is, Hayward, San Leandro, and Castro Valley needed to upgrade their fiber optic network to be able to deliver the same services as Fremont/Newark/Union City.
