I just did this sick body mod to my car yesterday with a 4" x 4" sign post! I really like it and might shoot for the passenger door so both sides match.... just need to find the right on ramp this time. ![[Mad]](mad.gif)

I was going too fast and hit a bad spot of pavement on an off ramp and the ass end just came around on me. Of all the places for it to happen there had to be a sign and plastic reflector right there. the post hit the door and the reflector hit the quarter panel. 10 feet either direction and I would have had dust on the car and that's it. I'm looking for another black door right now, found a couple on Craigslist actually so I might luck out.

you know ive been seeing more and more body modifications like this lately. it must help with aerodynamics or add 10 hp or something.

Its either fix the door or finish the ghetto body kit by hitting another post. I've got full coverage but not worth the hassle trying to get them to deal with it, the car has flaws anyway so this isn't going to hurt it too much. Its a 94 540i BMW.
