http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ozHJzM32My0 has full exhaust, cold air, and texas speed ms4 cam. Won't post the dyno slips because they're not worth seeing. Will get some correct dyno charts after it's tuned to run RIGHT. Man I wish he went to AED instead.

no that was only a 6krpm pull maybe 62, it's got straight pipes that's why it's sooo fuckin loud, we filmed it in high def with a nice shotgun mic so it might sound pretty intense, after we swap a couple parts and get a better tune i'll tell you what it puts down for now you guys just get to hear it lol.

Too radical of a camshaft IMO.
IMO a Vette is a 'supercar'....so it should sound as mellow as possible, yet RIP when you go WOT. That's how we roll at AED. LS7 style..... Mild camshaft with big heads/intake/exhaust. Our custom Vette cam profiles see consistant power gains at every RPM, but don't put out the high Peak #'s people like to see.
BTW, those dynos have the capability of limiting the RPM of the motor no matter how much power they put out. If they set it to stop the motor from reving past 6K rpm, the motor will not rev past 6K RPM....which is why the dyno pull sounds that way. They hit their programed limiter & stopped the pull.

Update: the car put down 449 hp and 400 torque today at newtech. Big ups to Nick, good customer service, good tuner. would defenitely reccomend Newtech. Will have a vid of the new dyno pulls with actual dyno slips tomorrow.

239/242, .649"/.609" cam + the new amercian racing 1 7/8 longtubes to matching 3 inch x pipe +pulley+injectors= not so much fail. btw this thread isn't about bashing Rick or synergy. I will say nothing about them all I will say is that Newtech is where we will go from now on.
