which ones typical gets more power..which one is more efficent...advice please..gettin a fox by saturday..caught between both types...thanks...

what year fox? because don't forget about SMOG? If its and EFI and they modified it and put carb on it you may have a problem??? not sure if i'm correct or not but you might want to look into it.
About effeciency well I would say EFI is way more efficient then carb but for power carb would be cheaper to make faster.

The driveability and efficiency of modern day EFI makes it a no brainer.

Unless money is a concern then EFI all the way! EFI is more efficent & most would say a carb would produce a few more HP.
